Leasing & terms

How short can my lease be?

Lease terms start at a 6-month minimum. Contact us for the current options at the property you're interested in.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, but the amount varies by unit size and location. Email us for a current quote on the space you're interested in.

Do you run credit or background checks?

Yes — all applicants go through standard screening as part of the application process.

Can my LLC or S-corp sign the lease?

Yes. Business entities can sign, typically with a personal guarantee from an owner or officer.

Pricing & availability

What sizes and prices are available?

Availability and pricing change week to week. Tell us which location and roughly what size you need, and we'll send current options.

Do you offer tours?

Yes. Email or call to schedule — most tours happen within a few days of the request.

How fast can I move in after signing?

Typically within a week once the lease and deposit are in place.

Using the space

What kinds of businesses use CoVerge?

Contractors, tradespeople, e-commerce sellers, light manufacturing, service businesses, and small office users. If you're unsure whether your use case fits, just ask.

Can I receive commercial mail and freight at the address?

Yes. Each location supports commercial mail and package/freight receiving.

Can I install shelving, racking, or make modifications?

Non-structural additions are generally fine. Anything permanent or structural needs written approval first — reach out before you start.

What are the hours?

Tenants have 24/7 keypad access to their unit. The leasing office has standard business hours.

Is parking available?

Yes. Specifics (number of spots, truck access, overnight) vary by location — ask when you tour.

Current tenants

How do I pay rent?

Online through the tenant portal. Your welcome email includes the login link.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Through the tenant portal — submit a ticket with photos and we'll respond.

I lost access to my keypad code. What do I do?

Email us or call the number on your lease and we'll reset it.

How do I end my lease?

Give 30 days' written notice, pass a move-out inspection, and return the space in the same condition you got it (ordinary wear and tear aside).
